Academic and Career Advising
Open regular hours for advising by Zoom, phone, text, and email. See the Advising website for details and contact information.
Academic Computing Center
The Computer Center and associated classrooms (LIB 2610, 2612, 2617, and 2619) are closed until further notice.

The Student Technology Support desk staff are working remotely and responding to submitted help request tickets. We are not accepting phone calls at this time.
Students with disabilities are entitled to accommodations in the online learning environment just as much as in a regular classroom. Contact Access Services if you encounter new challenges that affect your learning.
Returning students may email us to request updated accommodations for Spring Quarter. New students can email us to schedule a phone appointment to get started with services. See the Access Services website for details and contact information.

Bookstore & Copy Center
The Bookstore is closed until further notice.
You can purchase textbooks and supply kits online. We are offering a flat rate shipping fee of $3.99 per order (not per book -- one fee for the whole order).
Art supply kits will be available online by week one, pending shipments from vendors.
Jobs can be sent to the Copy Center via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to deliver them promptly.
Campus Food Bank
Thurston County Food Bank has a drive-up food distribution point in Lot C every other Tuesday, 10 am – 3 pm, from May 5, 2020 through July 2020. Learn more about food bank distribution on campus.

Because of reduced staffing and building closures, we are asking offices that require mail service to send a representative to the mailroom on the first floor of the Library building to pick up the office’s incoming mail and deliver its outgoing mail.
Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4 pm. Mail will be sorted and ready for pick up by 9 am. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the mailroom at (360) 867-6482 or LinH@evergreen.edu.
Cashier & Student Accounts
Student Accounts is open regular hours by email and phone only. Bookstore advance vouchers are still being offered, and refund checks have been mailed as scheduled for Spring quarter.
Notary services is suspended while the campus is closed.

Costantino Recreation Center (CRC)
Closed until further notice. During this period, we are offering ways to
increase physical and mental wellness through our social media channels.
Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for daily challenges, workouts, cooking,
outdoors, art, and more! CRC payroll deductions will be put on hold starting

Einstein's, the Market Place, and The Flaming Eggplant are closed until further notice.
The Greenery is serving food only in to-go containers with no dining seating. See the dining website for details and hours.
Financial Aid and Student Employment
Open regular hours for inquiries by phone and email only. All forms of financial aid are being processed normally. See Student Finances and Resources During COVID-19 for additional details. See the Financial Aid website for contact information.

- need special assistance because COVID-19 is affecting your personal or family financial situation
The Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) policy remains in place, as well as and all dates and deadlines for financial aid for upcoming quarters.
First Peoples Multicultural Trans and Queer Support Services
Open regular hours by phone and email. The quickest response time will be email: email@example.com. Glitter Hour is being offered every Thursday for connection and community for LGBTQIA+ students. More information is on the First Peoples website.

Housing and Housing Community Center (HCC)
If you are able to return to your primary residence, please do so. Housing will remain open, and the HCC is open; we ask people to maintain social distance and not gather in the HCC. See more details about student housing and HCC services.

Parking fees will not be collected for Spring quarter. Parking permit payroll deductions will be put on hold starting April 10 until further notice. Students who pre-paid for Spring quarter or annual parking passes will be issued refunds for Spring quarter.
Parking Services staff are working remotely until further notice. Payments can be made by postal mail or at the Parking Booth drop box. For parking business please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (360) 867-6131.
Parking permit and CRC payroll deductions will be put on hold starting April 10 until further notice.
The Payroll & Benefits Office will be processing payroll remotely during the campus closure this Spring. We are checking voicemail several times each day, and can be reached by email.
Please continue to log and certify time cards on or before the 1st & 15th of each month. We will be communicating with time sheet approvers through Evergreen email to ensure all completed timecards are certified by payroll cut-off dates.
You can submit payroll deduction changes through our after-hours drop-box on campus or by email any time. Remember to keep your identity secure by not emailing social security numbers.

QuaSR (Math and Science Tutoring)

Registration and Records (including Transcripts)
Open regular hours for inquiries by phone and email only. All dates and deadlines for Spring and Summer quarter registration, including add/drop deadlines, remain unchanged. See specific Spring 2020 add/drop information, including changes to fees.
Commonly used forms are available on the Registration and Records website.
Transcript ordering and delivery continues uninterrupted.
We are proceeding with reading scholarship applications. The reading process has changed significantly to allow remote reading.
We expect to be able to notify students of awards starting in April and continuing through June.

College Activity Building hours are 6 am – 8 pm, daily. The student governance office and student activities office spaces remain closed.
- The Cooper Point Journal will be an online publication with a new website starting April 15, 2020. The CPJ office is closed.
- The Bike Shop is closed.
- KAOS is live in the mornings from 6 am until 9:30 am followed by recorded material seven days a week.
- Geoduck Student Union (GSU), S&A Board, and the Clean Energy Committee are continuing to meet virtually.

Student Wellness Services
If you are experiencing an emergency or are suicidal, please call 911 or the Crisis Clinic at (360) 586-2800.
Student Wellness Services, including the Office of Sexual Violence Prevention and Response, is closed for the summer. Full service telehealth will resume September 29, 2020. See the Student Wellness Services website for alternative service providers.

Technology Support Center
Closed to walk-ups until further notice. Staff will continue to respond to phone calls, emails, and tickets, and to schedule appointments on site as appropriate. The doors to the office will remain closed during business hours.

Veteran’s Resource Center
The Veterans Lounge and Veterans resource center is closed until further notice.
Veteran peer counselors and the Director of the Veterans Center are available via phone Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm, to answer questions for veterans or dependents. Emails will be monitored 24/7.
